ALPHA · FREEXiFont
Every font you own, understood — in Arabic and English.
XiFont is a planned font manager that reads each font from the inside: the languages it really supports, its Arabic calligraphic style, its hidden features and its licence. It will also supply openly licensed fonts on demand to XiKey apps and other publishing tools.
Alpha is free today.

Fonts for every language from the first run
A starter library of openly licensed fonts for Arabic styles, Latin, Hebrew, Indic and other scripts, plus math, music, braille and emoji symbols.
Arabic calligraphic styles as categories
Find fonts by Naskh, Kufi, Thuluth, Diwani, Ruqʿah, Nastaʿliq or Maghribi, with the reason each font was placed there.
Language support you can verify
For each language: fully supported, partly supported with the missing characters listed, or not supported, including a shaping check for Arabic.
Fonts on demand for your other apps
XiKey apps can ask XiFont for a font that covers the text you are writing; documents can carry their exact font list so others see the same fonts.
Signed font repositories
Openly licensed fonts from a signed XiKey repository and from organisations you choose, verified before use and shared only when their licence allows it.
Private by default
No account and no telemetry. Network features stay off until you turn them on.
