These instructions describe the checked DesignCraft foundation as of 14 October 2026. XiLayout Alpha is free; public installer availability and XiKey integration are not yet verified.
Keyboard shortcuts
These are default bindings in the checked foundation; customized keys may differ. On macOS use Cmd and Option for Ctrl and Alt unless indicated otherwise.
Tools Panel Shortcuts (Single Keys — When Not Editing Text)

Use the File menu for PDF or EPUB export. Ctrl+E / Cmd+E specifically exports a page as PNG in the checked interface.
