Interface & Workspace

These guides describe the documented upstream workflow. XiArt integration and installers are still in development; Alpha is free. Availability in a XiKey release has not yet been verified.

Studio Architecture

The documented upstream workspace offers the following tools. XiArt integration remains unfinished:

  1. Assets & Triage Grid:
    • Browse every sketch, render, 3D mesh, and video clip in the project.
    • Browse references and curate shots with supported star ratings and Pick flags. Use the library’s visible controls to change its view.
  2. Moodboard Canvas:
    • Infinite 2D reference board supporting freeform clusters, Lasso selection (L), Text notes (T), grouping (Ctrl+G / Ctrl+Shift+G), and viewport fit (Shift+1).
  3. 3D Scene Viewport:
    • Position and rotate scene objects, pose compatible character rigs, frame the camera and animate the scene timeline. The checked default keys include T, R and G for transforms, K for posing, I for a keyframe and Space for playback when the timeline is active.
    • Press Tab to enter Record Mode, where C captures a still render directly into your project assets or 2D Canvas, and R records a viewport video pass.
  4. 2D Canvas:
    • Multi-layer 2D painting and compositing canvas with instant tool switching: 1 Select, 2 Shape (cycles Rectangle, Circle, Triangle), 3 Brush, 4 Mask / Inpaint region, and 5 Eraser.
  5. Video Editor:
    • Arrange stills, motion clips and audio on a timeline. XiArt video export formats have not been verified; use the options actually available and inspect any delivered file.

Generative Cost Transparency & Confirmation Gates

Generation depends on compatible services and accounts. XiKey has not verified live model availability or universal upfront cost confirmation. Cloud generation, if offered, is billed separately as credits. Check the connected service’s terms before submitting a request.

Switching Language (English ⇄ العربية)

Arabic interface and one-click English ⇄ العربية switching are in progress for XiArt. See the Arabic support page for current status.
