1. Is XiArt free during Alpha, and how is it licensed in Beta?
Alpha is free under the XiKey policy; XiArt delivery and installer validation remain unfinished. The announced Beta price is $19/year or $2.49/month. XiKey Desktop Complete is $99/year or $11.99/month. The first-year yearly discount is 50%, the first monthly payment is $0.99, and students pay $9/year per product or $19/year for Complete. Alpha founding members keep the first-year 50% price for life. Perpetual licences will be announced later.
2. How are cloud AI generation calls billed?
Cloud generation, if offered, is billed separately as credits. Compatible services and accounts are required; live XiKey model access, included credits and universal upfront cost confirmation have not been verified.
3. What is the refund policy once paid Beta plans begin?
Every paid subscription starting in Beta includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a refund is processed, the associated license key is immediately revoked.
4. How are updates delivered?
Signed updates through XiLauncher are in progress for XiArt. Delivery and installer validation have not yet been verified.
5. Can I use XiArt completely offline without cloud AI keys?
The upstream includes local canvas and scene tools, but a complete offline XiArt workflow has not been verified. Generation depends on compatible online services; service independence remains upstream roadmap work.
6. Can I switch the 3D viewport controls to match Blender?
The checked upstream version offers Gamer and Blender-like keybind presets in Settings. See the shortcuts page; these are upstream bindings, not verified XiArt package availability.
7. What is the status of Arabic and RTL support in XiArt?
Arabic interface, the language switch, style-grouped font dialog and Arabic text tools are in progress. Product integration remains unfinished. Classic/Modern layouts and add-ons through XiLauncher are planned.
